Try These Mind-Body Stress-Busters

We’ve all heard of the mind-body connection, but how does it relate to stress? Interestingly enough, the mind-body connection can either work for you to reduce stress, or work against you and lead to mental strain and physical tension. More specifically, when you’re tense in mind it usually leads to a tense body, and vice versa. Therefore, one of the most effective ways to alleviate stress is to utilize a stress reduction technique that engages both the mind and the body.

In this 3 minute clinic, we discuss a variety of mind-body exercises that will refresh the mind, rejuvenate the body, and alleviate built up stress.
